Activities in PreK
PreK students in Mrs. Haugh’s class have been busy learning this week! Students graphed data using m&ms for the letter “M” this week. Students also dissected chocolate chip cookies as they pretend to be paleontologist. The students used toothpicks to dig out chocolate chips (dinosaurs). Finally, students also experienced how big a T-Rex’s footprint really is. We were able to put an entire class inside the footprint (24 shoes/12 students) and there was still room for more!
Mrs. Bells PreK class has also been busy writing sight words on dinosaurs, and eating what dinosaurs eat as the young paleontologist dig in to find a dinosaur. Students also made dinosaur fossils. Parents and aunts enjoyed the fun too!
